Indoor cam night vision stopped working

I have had my first ring indoor cam for 2 days. First day and night great no problem. Day 2 fine. Day 2 evening. No night vision at all. Just black screen with ring logo in the top corner. Its being used as a baby monitor and its now 1.15am and I have been googling and try every solution in this forum and online with no solution for the last 5 hours. Anyone had an ideas on how to resolve this? I expect ill be returning this product tomorrow.
