I2 Batteries are in my spotlight camera only one recognized

There are 2 fully charged batteries in my spotlight camera, but only one is recognized by the device. Suggestions?

Hi @user_c753b4. Verify that both batteries have been fully charged using the provided charging cable, and make sure each battery is firmly inserted in the battery hatch. You should see a solid red light on the hatch to indicate that the battery is properly installed. After doing the above, perform a reboot using the reboot option from the Device Health page in the Ring app. Once the reboot is done, close out of the app, then navigate back in and view the Device Health page. If it still doesn't register both batteries, please follow up with our support team for additional assistance.
