This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-I-Would-Like-to-Take-Over-Change-Ownership-of-Ring-Devices) will share the process for setting up these devices. In short, if the pervious owners have relinquished ownership, you can just set the up as normal. If not, you'll need to reach out to our support team.
