Hi @user36361. I would suggest turning the IR lights off. Although they are useful at night, the reflection from the IR lights can make the camera unusable. You can turn them off by opening the Ring app, selecting your camera, then tapping Device Settings > Video Settings and turning off the IR lights. I hope this is helpful.
