I can't change the time zone

Hi! I"m using the home security cam of ring device.I did set up the time zone at Korea, but the time of recording doesn't reflect this. There is no way that I can set up the time specifically. Isn't there any way that I can change the time zone manually?

Hi @user61546. You cannot manually change your timezone in the Ring app. The Ring app automatically uses the timezone for the location you have set up in the app. If it is not working correctly, then it could be because you are using the Ring device in an unsupported region. This [page](https://ring.com/country-selector) will show you a list of currently supported regions.
