Hey @Rperel1944. Are you referencing zooming in and out in the Live View? You can zoom in on any recorded videos when viewing them in your event history by using your fingers to pinch together and then pull them apart while on the screen, similar to how you would on a photo or video in your photo roll. You can also do this from within the Live View at any time, but the zoom will not stay. This is simply just for when you are viewing the Live View or video, and you will need to bring the camera closer to what you are trying to see to have a permanent and closer view. :)
