So, here is how you trick a Floodlight Cam to approach any house without to be recorded. Depending on the motion sensor setting, it will take up to 8 minutes. Very slowly walk forward a house with these cams mounted and the motion sensor will not turn on for recording. When you check your history, you will see the notice: "The video for this even does not exist." Easy peasy for any good criminal.

Hi @user32765. What is the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for your Floodlight Cam on the Device Health page? If the video for an event is not available, this is likely due to an unstable wifi connection or intermittent interruption to the connection. Checking the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength) is a good first step to determine the strength of the signal that your Floodlight Cam is receiving.
