This appears to be a known problem since XXXX. Hardwired security camera begins a strobe effect anytime light turns on. Went through troubleshooting steps with support today and they said since my light is out of warranty they would only offer me a 30% discount, which is actually just the discount available to everyone at the moment.

Hi @user82968. Unfortunately if troubleshooting was unsuccessful in resolving the flickering, and your Ring device is out of warranty, there aren’t any other options our support team can explore. Typically they offer a discount, as you were offered, for the purchase of a new device in these situations.
