Great suggestion, please send to CEO and Board of Directors for upcoming board meeting: If you could have the motion alerts and motion warning have a timed option, that would be great. Most Ring customers would really love those alerts to have a timed option of having those messages and warnings to have an option to be activated nightly from 10PM to 5 AM because unfortunately that is usually when bad things happen with break-ins or attempted robberies :) Currently it’s annoying having those alerts and warning options constantly on because during the day it inundates you with alerts (for Ring motion alerts) and it scares people at businesses and homes when turned on throughout the day (with Ring warning alerts)…. This change would highly elevate Ring’s service, And honestly we wouldn’t mind paying a little bit more to have this added feature, especially at businesses and Airbnb‘s, vacation homes, etc :) Personally we have all of these properties so I can tell you we check all the boxes you have :) Also if you could have a bundle for the service plan options, for example we have multiple locations that need the Ring Protection plans (mixed with both business and personal locations) , and it would make us feel better and make us more happy to stick with Ring with having a loyalty package to receive a little bit of money off by having all of those protection plans under a Multiple Ring Protection Plan Option :) Thank you for your time,
