Floodlight Pro Wired

I was wondering if anyone has ever ran into the issue of their floodlight pro wired not being able to connect from the app anymore? I have tried 30 sec, 60sec button reset, power cycle, moved inside next to the wireless router and setup will pause at 95% when connecting to the network and fail each time. I also have another floodlight pro wired, stick up cam wire, and door bell all mounted at the other end of the house with no issues. Reset my wireless router, double checked the 2.4 ghz password and all the other devices work except for this one floodlight. Camera is less than a year old and this is the first time its ever had any issues except not following the dusk to dawn floodlight cycle every now and then. If anyone has had any issues, what did you do to get this resolved? Thanks
