Floodlight Camera

I have a floodlight camera that will not connect to the internet. It has been working fine for about 4 years and now sows offline. Nothing has changed, same location - same WIFI. It has power and the light on the bottom is blinking. I have gone through the process to manually connect many times. Any suggestions on how to fix it or is it time to replace it?
