hi, i need to see if you can send me a replacement screw and nut that tightens the collar for the camera on the floodlight. during install, and while positioned camera , the camera came out of the collar and was hanging by the wire, so tried to loosen collar and of course the screw and nut are not captive and they fell out.

Hi there, @amazonring! I'm not seeing this screw specifically listed in our Spare Parts Kit for the Floodlight Camera on our accessories page at Ring.com. The best bet will be to reach out to our support team to see if they can help you obtain this part. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

Good question, @amazonring! Per our [Response to Covid-19](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041597471), support hours have been reduced until further notice. We are no longer offering English email support, however, support is available by phone 24/7 and via chat from 5AM - 9PM MST, seven days a week. Please note, chat support is meant to handle simple account or billing inquiries, and any troubleshooting is best done by phone.

This screw needs to be improved. You have to loosen it to the point it completely comes out to install or remove a camera and is easy to loose. A better design would be a captive one as you describe so it is not at risk of falling out and becoming lost.

This same thing happened to me. I found the screw is Metric, M3 - .50 x 12 should work. You can get them at Lowe’s

Hey @smcclain, thanks for sharing the screw size you got at Lowe's that worked for your Floodlight Cam. Other neighbors with a similar concern can check if Metric M3 - .50 x 12 screws will work for them. If that screw size does not work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
