Floodlight Cam won't enter Set Up Mode

I have a Floodlight Cam that is just short of 5 years old. Recently, it has lost connection to wi-fi periodically (for very brief periods). Today, however, it lost connection and has not reconnected. Climbed the ladder to press the button in order to reset, and it would not enter Set Up mode. The bottom light does not blink as it should. Wi-fi is fine (other camera works fine); router is fine (and also reset). The camera is hardwired, so that is not an issue. Any idea what the problem might be?

    Hi @WMRing. If your Camera is no longer entering setup mode, I recommend trying the following steps: Reboot your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds Verify your Camera still has power since it is a hardwired device. If you are not able to check the power yourself, I recommend consulting a qualified electrician for help. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
