Floodlight cam wired pro, the lights don't go out!

Question

As soon as I plugged it in, the lights turned on and never turned off again, I've tested everything but I can't put the camera without lights.  I've already noticed that the support is a little weak, plus I live in Portugal, I'm screwed.  There is some soul here who has already discovered something.

If the lights on your Floodlight Cam Wired Pro are not turning off, try [rebooting it using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera).
