I have four Floodlight Cam Wired Pros as well as doorbells and other cameras on my system. Over the last week or so I have noticed one of my cameras light is on constantly at night. It appears to go offline and it can’t be controlled with the app. To get to the camera I have to get a set of ladders and climb up to my eaves and push the button. This however does not get the light on the camera flashing to get it to start rejoining the network. I have to go to my fuse box and turn all my lights off. This worked twice and the camera reset and I was able to join the network but not tonight. It’s light is on and won’t reset even if I turn the power on and off. I have had to switch all my cameras off. What is wrong with this camera.

Hi @FalconAyr. Pressing the setup button on the Floodlight Cam should put it into setup mode. Turning the Floodlight Cam off at the breaker was a good troubleshooting step. The next thing I would suggest is to fully reset the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. If you're unable to get the Floodlight Cam into setup mode and reconnected to your wifi after attempting a reset, I'd recommend following up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
