Floodlight Cam Wired Pro Light Stays On

I have recently had a Floodlight Cam Wired Pro installed. At around 17:45 each evening the security lights come on and stay on. I then have to go to "Lights" in the app and select "Turn Off All Lights" after which the lights only come on for a short time when activated, which is how it should be. The next day the same situation arises and I'm sure that this can't be right. I'm not a youngster and I'm not too tech savvy but I'm sure this issue can be sorted out with a correction to the settings although I can't figure it out. Can anyone give me an "Idiots Guide" to sorting this out? Many thanks.
