Floodlight cam unable to setup

My floodlight cam has been working great until the power to my house got shut off to install solar panels. The cam went offline and wouldnt reconnect. I tried to manually set it up and didnt work. The cam is supposed to make a temporary wifi network for setup, but it doesn't. It goes into setup mode, but doesnt create the temporary wifi network. Anyone run into this issue before and know how to solve it. I got the doorbells and stickup cams working again, but this floodlight cam is the only one causing issues.
