Floodlight cam plus leaks and protective lens fell off

My Ring Floodlight Cam Plus is a few years old and recently started letting water inside. When troubleshooting I took it down and brought it inside to try and dry it out. This only happens after very heavy rainstorms. However, while turning the camera over, the protective lens over the camera immediately fell off. Obviously, this is a defective product. Will RING replace it?
