Floodlight Cam Plus bulbs
I'm hoping there is an easy fix. The camera itself still work, so this isn't a power issue. There had been a couple power issues (this was mentioned as an issue in some other posts). The problem is the lights themselves aren't turning on, though the app thinks they are. The schedule is still set the same, on at dusk, of at 11:00 pm, then only triggered by motion. The lights simply aren't going on. Supposedly the bulbs shouldn't be 'dead'; i haven't had this for 20 years. Is there some other known issue going on? Or, are these bulbs dead for some reason, and I can replace them?

Hi @user_35ec06. Have you tried manually toggling the lights on the Floodlight Cam on in the Ring app? If they don't turn on when you do that, try resetting the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for 20 seconds. Walk through the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the lights on the Floodlight Cam still don't turn on after trying the steps above, it would be best to follow up with our support team to see what options are available. You can get in touch at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring.

UHi. Thanks for responding. Yes, I had tried the on off within the app. I just tied your other suggestion, pressing the setup button, which restarted the unit. I then reconnected it to Wifi, everything seems normal within the app. Once again, trying to toggle on the lights did not work. The unit itself (camera and motion detection) all work; It's just the lights themselves that are not coming on.

UI am testing it in the daylight right now... maybe the reset will take hold when it gets dark?

UI also see a 'reboot' option on the RING app? Is that any different than what I just tried?

C@user_35ec06 Ideally, you would be testing the lights in the dark, as the lights on the Floodlight Cam do not come on with motion during the day. If the lights are not responsive even at night, however, you would need to follow up with our support team for further assistance.
