Faulty batteries?

Hi, I’ve got a ring camera security light in my garden and it’s linked to a ring solar panel, the charge on both batteries has gone right down so I’ve taken out 1 battery to charge from the mains and it hasn’t fully charged, so I put that battery back into the security light and charged the other battery which has a solid red light on for about 30 seconds and goes off leaving no indication lights on…… are both batteries knackered ? Or am i missing something here….? Thx

Hi @user80920. I would recommend trying a different USB charging cable and charging block to see if it helps. It can take up to 8 hours for the batteries to fully charge.
