Enable/disable motion detection at a given time

Hi, I’ve just brought a stick up camera for our home gym. I’d like to be able to turn off the camera whilst in the gym (motion detection not just alerts) and then auto enable it again automatically at a certain time. In short: is it possible to enable motion detection at a given time? I know I can just disable/schedule the alerts but it seems a waste of battery to record whilst I’m working out.
