Hi @dannyb123. Do you mean that the Camera does not detect motion when there is something obscuring its view on the lens? If there is moisture or any other type of dirt or debris on the lens of your Camera, it is going to obstruct its view and can affect the motion detection from working properly. In this case, you'll want to clean off the lens with a dry wash cloth and see if it's working correctly after that.If it's not, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). In the instance that there is any physical damage to your Cameras due to the weather, they'll be able to take a look for you and determine the next best steps. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

Having the exact same problem with night dew (moisture) accumulating on the battery operated stick up camera and making a blurry if not impossible to see camera view until it burns off in the morning. Any ideas or recommendations to keep the dew from accumulating on the camera?
