Control Pan-Tilt Cameras from a windows desktop

Hello, I have some parrots in my home and I like to make sure they are okay when I am at work. So I log in on my ring.com account, but I don't have controlls to move the camera? Is it possible to add this feature ? Regards, Joop Baartman
