Constant Purple hues on Floodlight Cam during daylight hours.

I have tried all of the suggestions here and also on the RING.com website. Nothing has worked. After tapping the unit a few times it reverted back to normal colors for one day but the next day it was purple again. I did that twice. So frustrating ! I don't know what else to do, but to ask for a replacement unit. How do I initiate that request? thank you.
