Cold weather operation

Question

My ring motion light strobes when it’s -20° F or colder. I have two of them and it’s the same on both. Why does it do this and can it be fixed?

Hi @user75504. Our outdoor Cameras with lights will operate correctly within -5°F to XXXX°F (-XXXX°C to 48°C) weather conditions. If the weather is outside of that range, it can negatively affect your device, like you are experiencing.
