Circuit Breaker Amp Requirement for Floodlight Cam Wired Plus

Does anyone have technical spec for the (US) circuit breaker Amp requirement for the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus? Spoke to the Ring tech support phone help, but she was only able to provide info from the manual: 100VAC - 240 VAC 50/60 Hz, and suggested using 15 Amp circuit breaker. I told her the 15 Amp circuit breaker in my circuit panel can't handle the power after install with the 3 wires connected properly. She told me to hire an electrician event after I told her that I am a Mechanical Engineer. lol The Setup Guide included in the box and online manual both shows 20 Amp in the photos. Trying to find out if 20 Amp is the required circuit breaker.

Hi @user47974. With the Floodlight Cam having a 24W rating, and 110V, this is producing less than a few amps. With that said, a 20 AMP circuit breaker should be sufficient. I suggest having a qualified electrician measure the current on your circuit to confirm the actual load. If you are comfortable to safely do this as a mechanical engineer and not a electrician, this can be done with a basic multimeter in less than a few minutes.
