Can't set up camera

Question

The ring camera doesn’t work I can’t get them to set up. There’s no prompt from the app tried holding down the button on each camera still no prompt.

Hi @user38835. Which model of Ring Camera are you trying to set up? You can find the model name on the original packaging, or on the back of the Camera itself. Make sure your Ring Camera is powered before attempting the setup process in the Ring app. You can find troubleshooting steps for different issues you might encounter during setup [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly) as well. Otherwise, it would be helpful to know which Camera you're setting up and what part of the setup process you're on.
