Can’t reset floodlight. Floodlight offline

One of my ring floodlights has gone offline and I can’t reset it. The light is permanently on. I’ve tried pressing the button for 20 seconds. The WiFi works and other ring devices are connected. Nb i notice some moisture at the lens area when I was trying to reset it.

Hi @user72576. For this concern, try disconnecting the Floodlight from power for about 10 minutes, then restore power. Allow a few minutes for the device to boot up and then you can reconnect it to WiFi. I hope this helps!
