Cannot add a previously delete stick up cam

I deleted a stick up cam from the app. When I try to add it back, it says it’s still owned by the previous owner. I’m the one and only owner. Any way to reset this camera? Or add it back in to my app?

    Hi @Southwest. Are you by any chance a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Allowing-Access-to-Shared-Users-and-Controlling-Ring-Devices-with-Multiple-Electronic-Devices) on it? The Stick Up Cam has to be removed from the account that it was originally set up under. If a Shared User removes it, it will still be registered under the account it was set up on. If not, and you don't have any other Ring Accounts that you might have set it up with, I'd recommend contacting our support team so they can take a deeper look at this for you.
