Can I replace a battery in this type of doorbell?

I have a ring doorbell that doesn’t have a removable battery but has to be plugged in to charge. Doorbell won’t charge. Can that type of doorbell have battery replaced?

Hi @LSchauer. If you have a Doorbell that does not have an interchangeable battery, you will not be able to replace the battery in it. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the set-up button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
