Cameras suddenly don't work

Bought two outdoor Ring cameras last week. They have been working great until last night, when they both stopped recording anything and won't show me live video. I have gone through all the troubleshooting I have found, such as Wifi connection, using devices other than my phone to try to look at video, etc. I took the batteries out of each camera and put them back in. Nothing seems to help. Any thoughts?.
