Cameras randomly not detecting motion
Randomly I notice there are periods of time where my cameras (video doorbell wired, floodlight camera, etc) are not detecting motion. If I check my dashboard in the app, I notice that sometimes the motion detection toggle is off. I then turn it back on and everything operates normally, and then randomly it will happen again. It’s not just one camera but multiple including the video wired doorbell. It might be fine for a couple weeks and then I could have this problem a few times in one day. Any idea what this could be and how to resolve? Why would my cameras randomly stop detecting motion?

Arent you part of the support team? I have contacted via phone and they aren’t helpful. Is there an escalation team that knows how to troubleshoot more complex problems and isn’t simply googling or searching for the answers like I am?

@user44266. In the community, we can offer basic troubleshooting steps for certain concerns. If a neighbor’s concern needs to be looked into more in depth, which cannot be done here in the Community, we refer them to call our support team. This is why I recommended you call in, and yes, there is an advanced technical team that can assist. You will have to call in to see if you are able to be escalated to them.
