Camera Won't Broadcast Temporary WIFI In Setup Mode

I have a Stick Up Cam Elite that I can't add to my account.  I go into setup mode and when I am asked to join the RING_14 temporary wifi network to allow my phone to connect to the camera, the camera will not transmit a temporary wifi signal. The camera is in Setup mode.  I have tried with three different iPhones. I have held the orange button to force a factory reset. I have phone Ring support twice who had me go through all kinds of troubleshooting steps.  Ring support came back and said tough luck as it is out of warranty.  I don't like this answer as the camera is like $300 and shouldn't be defective this soon.Any ideas from the Community on how to get this camera to broadcast the temporary wifi signal to allow my phone to connect to it?

Hi @user_24bd74. If the Stick Up Cam Elite is in setup mode, it should be broadcasting the temporary setup network. You should be asked to join this network on your phone during the setup process, though it will warn you that there's no internet connection on this network. If the setup network isn't popping up automatically, try navigating to the wifi settings on your phone to see if it's listed under the other networks there. There are also some different troubleshooting tips you can try here. Trying a different phone or tablet is a good step to try as well. Should the setup network still not show up after all of the above, then the next step is to follow up with our support team. I know you mentioned you already have, so they likely went through a lot of these troubleshooting steps already. If your device is out of warranty, there aren't any other options available unfortunately.

Thank you, I tried the steps in the article. No luck. I believe the camera is simply not transmitting a temporary wifi.
