Camera stays offline after initial setup

New camera connects to my phone and the app/wifi no problem. But as soon as I complete the setup process (privacy/motion settings etc) i click done, and it takes me to the main page of the app and my camera just stays offline. It connects to my wifi no problem and shows in the app under my devices. But has never actually come online. Am I missing something?
