My one of my spotlight cameras (going to my backyard) will not work. It just tells me the device is offline. I have charged the batteries and swapped the batteries from other devices and it still will not work in the app. However, if I get a linked event of motion in my carport the spot light feature will still turn on as if it is recording video. Any thoughts?
