We are having the same issue as mentioned above. The view from one of our Ring cameras is pink, and has been for several months. The camera was installed by an electrician on our second story, and we feel unsafe climbing up the ladder to hit the camera with a rubber mallet. It is annoying, to say the least, and we will be looking into alternative camera solutions, despite purchasing a number of Ring products over the years.
