Bought a house with Ring cameras - QR code removed, no pin, no packaging
I bought a house with 2 floodlight cameras and the QR code seems to be removed off the back of the camera. When i try to connect is asks me for a PIN code which is not on the back of the camera either. I don't have the original packaging. How can i set these cameras up?

Hi @user_3a0b49. If you're able to contact the original owners of the home, they may have the original packaging with the QR codes. However, I'd still recommend getting in touch with our support team to see what options are available.
