Blurry night camera on ring floodlight

We have a ring floodlight and been working fine for about a year but every night for the last week you cannot see what is happening as it looks black and blurry (like it is raining). If someone walks and sets the sensor off then it works fine and is a very clear picture but if we just look at it randomly or turn the lights on manually it is still blurred. It works fine during the day and when someone sets the sensor off but otherwise at night it is blurry??
