Battery Stuck in Stick Up Cam
I have 5 stick up cams. 2 of them are fine, however 3 (bought at the same time) have the battery stuck. These were stuck from new, but managed to get the batteries out to charge before setup because they had the plastic tab. Now i have gone to change the battery for the first time and it is STUCK. Not budging. I have managed to get it out enough that the metal "push" tab is out - so it is definitely not that causing the issue. All other posts in here have generic responses, so i dont have high hopes but maybe someone else has a solution. I have tried loosening the mounting screws on the back. I have tried wiggling it. I have tried EVERYTHING mention online. The batteries are not buldging. It seems the cameras themselves might have issues with the shape of the battery holder?

Hi @user_8caf82. This is unusual, as the Quick Release Battery Pack should slide out of the Stick Up Cam pretty easily. If these cameras are installed outside and have experienced extreme weather conditions, it's possible there could be some damage to the battery or the body of the camera itself. Unfortunately, there aren't really any troubleshooting steps I could suggest in this situation. It would be best to get in touch with our support team, so they can assess if there's any damage.
