Battery security cam ball socket collar screw issue
When trying to attach the ball into the anchor plate socket, the screw in the collar will not unscrew with the provided phillips head. Any advice? Thanks

Hi @General\_Sam\_Houston. Can you please share a picture of the screw you're trying to unscrew? The included orange screwdriver should be double-sided, so try taking the orange handle off and flipping it around as some of the screws are a different size which may be why you're having difficulties removing this screw.
