Battery powered stick up camera

My stick up security camera has stopped working. Fully charge the battery, green light. Put battery in camera, press orange button, blue light comes on, then goes off immediately. Put battery back on charge, orange light comes back on for approximately one minute then shows green (fully charged) cannot connect to wi-fi cause unit doesn’t connect. any help/advice appreciated.
