Answered Motion shortened recording time

Hi there, I have protection plus, every time I answered a motion the recording is shortened to before I click. And what makes it worst was there’s always a few seconds of “blind period” between the shortened recording and after I clicked and then loaded into the live view which there was no record. I just want to record everything even I answered the motion. This is VERY ANNOYING and there is no settings I can change that. Very disappointed.
