Amazon drivers using Wifi Jammers to prevent recording

I have an Ring alarm pro (an Amazon system) and Ring cameras. Amazon delivery drivers simply use a wifi jammer to prevent recording.  Such an obvious flaw with a simple solution (the camera should buffer the video locally and upload it when wifi is re-established). They can also make the Eero and ring connection better to prevent such things.
