All Videos Deleted - All History and Starred Events Gone

I didn't realise that my new credit card (which I had to change due to a scammer) was not registered to my Ring account. So, when our plan was due for yearly payment, the payment didn't go through. Last night everything was working fine, video recording was fine. This morning when I opened Ring, it was all gone. I didn't realise what had happened and didn't know what was going on with it. There was no warning on my phone app. They could have given me a few days to sort it out, but instead they just deleted EVERYTHING! How sad is that? IF there was a warning on my phone yesterday that the payment didn't go through, then I could have done something about it, but there was no warning on my phone at all. So, why would Ring do this? It's quite harsh, tbh. We've been customers for 8 years. You'd think they'd give you grace for a few days. We even were overcharged 3 x the $XXXX ($XXXX total taken) one time. It took a long time to sort out and fight to get our money back. It's okay when it's them taking your money and keeping it. But you can't have and keep your videos for even a day or two of a lapsed card payment. Just harsh.Is there any way to get our videos back???
