alarm camera and Light

Went through alarm set up lights flashed said it was getting an update however now can't see picture and lights are on all the time tried resetting holding button down for 30 seconds nothing changed

    Hi @Davidspak. What specific device are you experiencing an issue with? Is this a Ring Alarm system, or a Spotlight Camera? If you can provide a few more details, I'm sure the Community can help you figure this out.
