2 Solar panels not charging stick-up cameras

3 stick-up cameras with solar panels were installed a few weeks ago. Only one of the 3 solar panels is charging its camera. All 3 solar panels get lots of sunlight in Houston. I  tried resetting one camera and no change. Solar panel still shows “connected” in gray, but connected is in green for the one camera with the solar panel working. Any more suggestions?

Hi @user63433. I would first ensure that the Solar Panel is fully seated in your cam. Unplug it and make sure there is no debirs causing a loose connection. Next, push in the plug until you hear/feel a "click".
