Hi, When I try to subscribe to a protect plan by clicking on the button "subscribe", the website loops back to the dashboard, over and over and over. I have 1 day left before the trial period expires. Can someone help?? Thanks, EB

    Hi @c0459895971184ff36d91b36803903. Since you are still on the trial, when you go to the Protect Plan tab after signing in on Ring.com, you should see your trial listed under My Plans on the left-hand side. When you click on the trial, you should then be able to follow the prompts to choose which plan to upgrade to. Make sure the web browser you're using is one of our supported browsers, and it's fully updated as well. If this is still not working, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here and they can get your Ring Protect plan set up for when your trial ends. You can also get in touch on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message.

      I have the same issue. I have tried calling support was on the phone for at least 45min, we went through the whole, try it on my computer, try it on my wife's, try it on my phone, etc...etc... to no avail.  I was told it should start working in 24 hrs but NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. So frustrating I am about to CHUNK THE THING !!

        I am having the same issue for a week now, it lets my click subscribe and enter my payment info but then give me and oops something went wrong message. For like a week, it’s so frustrating! Has anyone been able to resolve this?

        same. would be nice to see the problem acknowledged.  spent a lot of money and drilled a lot of holes for nothing at this point.
