Unable to Renew Subscription for Ring Bells
I am unable to renew the ring subscriptions for 2 Ring Devices (Bells) that i have. it is not allowing to make any payments through my credit cards which are issued in india. the person on chat (RING) said that the card should be international card which has 3D verification process. I checked with ICICI Bank in India and they confirmed that the cards are 3D secure activated for verification so i am not understanding what is the issue Ring is facing. I have the bells for 4 years now and i feel not getting this renewal is going to make these bells a waste. Dear RING Community/ TEAM / Offices please if someone is seeing this chat it is really annoying for not able to renew the subscriptions. Dont know what is the issue with your systems when we are authenticating adding of the card and verifying it from my side why cant you'll just accept. Sitting in India we are not going to get UK bank/ US Bank cards. so how does one function?

Hi @user_fd7092. At this time, Ring devices are not officially sold and supported in India. The Ring Protect plan may be accessible outside of the US, but not all features and functionalities are available outside of advertised regions.Ring does not require a US issued credit card as a payment method, however, payments outside the US may require additional authorizations from your banking institution. The only recommendation we can make is to work with your banking institution to authorize the charge.
