Subscribing to a Ring Protect Plan

Question

Look I've tried not once to get someone LIVE @ the ableilable #s and it's  all robottic crap. I need to enroll  on a basic plan for my front door & back door Ring cameras. Am i asking to much? It's  someone breathing there that can talk?
