Security Camera capture motion without setting off alarm for dispath?

Is there a way to have camera motion detection on and take video and texts without setting off alarm?  Would like use the camera to monitor outdoor activities without causing a false alarm and have dispatch sending responders.  For example, I would like to have motion detector on to see if the service people arrived, or if a bear/deer is passing our back lanai, etc. Can I also have motion detection on in Disarm Mode?
